This delicious Remoulade is great for everything from roast beef sandwiches to grilled artichokes

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 garlic clove, minced (1 teaspoon)
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon capers, finely diced
• 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon creamy horseradish
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
