Pour flour in a mound, make a well in the middle, and add eggs to the well. Mix eggs then gradually incorporate the flour with the eggs. When fully mixed, knead the dough then wrap in plastic and set aside to rest for 20 minutes.

• 2 1/4 cup (10-oz wt.) AP flour

How to Make Pizza Dough

Add salt to bread flour, mix with fork. Add active dry yeast, mix. Finally add water and mix thoroughly until the flour is fully absorbed, then form a ball and double-wrap pan with plastic wrap. Set aside for 12 to 18 hours until done.

• 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
• 1 1/2 cups water

It’s easy to make delicious, fool-proof poached eggs in just a few minutes.

1. Set eggs out for 30 minutes
2. Bring pan of water to simmer
3. Stir in lemon juice and salt
4. Strain egg(s) into small bowls
5. Gently drop in up to 4 eggs
6. Immediately turn heat to low
7. Cook eggs for 2 to 3 minutes
8. Plate with a slotted spoon
