Ingredients
• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 cup ( 8-oz can) of tomato sauce with basil and garlic
• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Preparation
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer on medium low heat for about 20 minutes. Stir often until all of the ingredients are well incorporated and the sauce is somewhat reduced. Let cool and keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
